We already had the “Freeformer” from Arburg, an atypical 3D printer, the first one on the market to print parts from thermoplastic granules!
Since December 2019, we have received two new 3D printers at CRITT-MDTS.
The first one is an FDM printer to print filled filaments, the Raise 3D pro 2 and the second one is a Prusa on which we installed a granule extruder from Direct3D, allowing us to print MIM filled granules.
These two machines complete our equipments for our developments in “PIM like” processes.
We took the opportunity to refurbish part of Hall II of the CRITT-MDTS to create this new Additive Manufacturing platform in order to better meet the needs of industries.
